These terms govern your use of the site and the sale of products to you. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.
4. Products
We sell homeware and lifestyle products. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but images are illustrative and — particularly for handmade or natural-material items — colours, textures, weaves and dimensions may vary slightly. Such natural variation is not a defect.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT (VAT No. GB 516966948). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect confirmed orders. If we spot a genuine pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at checkout.
6. Your order and our contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. item unavailable, pricing/description error, suspected fraud) and refund any payment taken.
7. Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Timings and costs are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Goods are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you're a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy for how.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Nature Fold Limited and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the site or other users.
13. Our liability
We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. Subject to that, we're not liable for unforeseeable losses or those arising from your own breach, and our total liability for any order won't exceed the price paid for that order.

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR / the Data Protection Act 2018.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes fall under the courts of Scotland. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
