What are your products made from?
Natural plant fibres - jute, seagrass, water hyacinth, rattan and cotton - woven by hand. Each product page lists its specific material.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handwoven by skilled artisans in Bangladesh and China. Because they're made by experienced makers, they come out beautifully consistent — so a set of three planters will sit together as a matched set.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Yes. Our pieces are made to a consistent standard, so what you see is what arrives. Natural fibres can carry very slight variation in tone, which is normal for any natural material.
Do any products contain plastic?
Most are pure plant fibre. A few — such as our sage seagrass planter set — include a plastic liner to protect the weave from damp soil. Where a piece has a liner, we say so clearly on its product page.
Will natural fibre baskets shed or smell?
A little loose fibre when new is normal and settles quickly. Natural materials may have a faint plant scent at first, which fades in a well-ventilated room.
Care & Use
How do I clean my natural fibre pieces?
Dust regularly with a soft brush or dry cloth. For marks, use a barely-damp cloth — less moisture is always better, as damp is the main thing natural fibres don't like. Let anything that gets wet dry fully.
Can I use these outdoors?
They're designed for indoor use. Natural fibres don't cope well with rain or prolonged damp.
Are your planters waterproof?
The lined sets (marked on their product pages) resist moisture from soil. For unlined pieces, sit your plant in its own inner pot so the weave stays dry.
How long will my item last?
Cared for gently and kept indoors, a good natural-fibre piece will last for many years.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How much does delivery cost?

How long does delivery take?
We offer both 24-hour and 48-hour delivery options — you can choose your preferred speed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive tracking details so you can follow your order to your door.
Returns & Refunds
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition.
How do I return something?
Get in touch and we'll send you a return label — there's nothing to arrange or pay for at the post office.
Who pays for return postage?
We do. Return postage is on us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens — please get in touch through our Contact Us form and we'll put it right.
