Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery services
All our delivery services are fully tracked. At checkout you can choose the option that suits you:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — we aim to deliver within 2–3 working days of dispatch. No signature required.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — we aim to deliver within 1–2 working days of dispatch. No signature required.
- DPD — a fully tracked courier service with next-working-day and standard delivery options, live tracking and a one-hour delivery window on the day.
Delivery cost
- Free on all orders of £50 and over (standard tracked delivery).
- On orders under £50, and for any upgraded or express service, your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch your order the next day. We dispatch every day except Sundays (and UK bank holidays) — so an order placed on Saturday is dispatched on Monday. During busy or sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery
Your total delivery time is next-day dispatch plus the transit time of the service you choose at checkout. As a guide, expect your order within roughly 2–4 working days of ordering. Please allow a little extra around bank holidays and sale periods.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Occasionally parcels are delayed in the carrier network. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email and we'll investigate with the carrier (Royal Mail or DPD) and put things right. If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try to help.
